Contrary to expectations, you will not find large pieces of meat in chef Peter De Clercq's fridge. Yet the chef is a true barbecue specialist. He wrote several barbecue books and opened the barbecue shop Soto in Knokke. What he does have in his fridge: fruit, snacks and ready-made meals. "Honestly? I'm alone and often don't find it worth cooking a pot for one person."
