This Aceto Balsamico di Modena has aged for at least a year in oak barrels this gives the vinegar a phenomenally intense flavour. In the Greenomic vinegar made from Trebbiano, Albana and Montuni grapes, there are no artificial flavourings and preservatives. It is pure nature and you can taste that immediately. Truffle plays the main role in this dark-coloured vinegar. Its sweet-sour flavour goes perfectly with salads, meat, fish and much more.
