BBQ Flavour Chunck Apricot

BBQ Flavour Chunks provide a long smoking session and are therefore ideal for long-term preparations. Chunks in Apricot gives a bacon-like flavour, but is slightly milder and sweeter than the Chunks in Hickory. Due to its mild sweet bacon flavour, this chunk is hugely suitable for smoking turkey, chicken, pork, fish and cheese.
